Romeo and Juliet

A VIRTUAL staged reading

Thanks for thinking about throwing your hat in the ring for Romeo and Juliet! 
Here are the important dates, all happening on ZOOM:

TABLE-READ: ​​Monday, June 8th  (5pm - 7pm CST) 

 REHEARSAL: Monday, June 15th  (5pm-7pm CST)

TAPING: Monday, June 22nd  or Monday, June 29th (time TBA)

plus maybe a couple of additional taping sessions for specific scenes. (TBA)

WHY THIS PLAY RIGHT NOW? 
Why the freak not? We may be distanced, but we can still make art, damnit! I actually can't think of a better time to be "in the room" together.  Even if it's a virtual room. 

Just like we did with King Lear last December, we are inviting some EPIC Shakespeare actors to read the older roles, (e.g., Lord & Lady Capulet, Friar Laurence, the Nurse, etc...); and we're inviting YOU, our amazing CYSE alumni to read the younger roles (e.g., Romeo, Juliet, Benvolio, Mercutio, Tybalt, etc...)
